fix: prevent 'undefined' debug message on intentional shard closure #9846

Please describe the changes this PR makes and why it should be merged:

See #9594. WebSocketManager emits the websocket close code as a debug message on unresumable shard closure. At present, this also emits undefined if the shard is closed intentionally.

Changed to prevent this case and give some context to the debug message. (The debug message is only useful if the closure is not intentional.)

Status and versioning classification:

  • Code changes have been tested against the Discord API, or there are no code changes

cleaner stacktrace format
gracefully closing shards will display an appropriate debug `reason`

re. this discussion, I was thinking along the lines of 425bfb5 – this ensures a clear debug message from gracefully closing shards, and also gets rid of the extraneous "Error" line that gets emitted with the stacktrace.

This should fit the brief. It keeps the desired behaviour, but the messaging is much less esoteric.

My concern was that outputting a seemingly failure-related message on normal websocket closure had "task failed successfully" vibes, but hopefully this is unambiguous enough.
